Oversaw the modernization of the City of Markham’s Economic Development and Culture Department’s modernization with the implementation of a client relationship management system.
Prior to joining the City, contact management and data analysis utilized out-dated tools and systems, and one of the first priorities was to modernize the management of contacts and departmental data.
To modernize these systems, I oversaw the development a modern client relationshipo management system using the Zoho platform. This platform centralized all of the Department’s data into one platform, allowing for improved data collection, analysis and utilization.
